About the circuit

Bedford Autodrome is a private circuit complex built on the former RAE Bedford airfield in the village of Thurleigh, Bedfordshire, central England. Opened in 1999 to the design of former Formula 1 driver Jonathan Palmer, it is now owned by his MotorSport Vision group. The 384-acre (155 ha) site contains four independent circuits – West, South, East and North – which can be combined into the full GT configuration, approximately 6.1 km long with 19 corners. The track was deliberately designed without Armco bar
