Tor Poznan

The Tor Poznań is a Polish racing circuit in the Ławica area on the western edge of the city of Poznań, adjacent to Poznań-Ławica Airport. The track was built between 1975 and 1977 on the initiative of the Automobile Club of Wielkopolska and the FSR "Polmo" factory on the grounds of former military training areas and old airfield runways. The layout was designed by Mieczysław Biliński with input from Bernie Ecclestone. The track was completely renovated in 2006 and holds FIA Grade 3 homologation (Grade 3 Restricted) — the only FIA-graded racing circuit in Poland. The 4,083 m track has 14 corners (9 right, 5 left), 12 m width and a 560 m longest straight. The complex also includes a 1,509 m karting circuit. The track hosts the FIA European Truck Racing Championship, the Polish Touring Car Championship (WSMP), FIA CEZ and other national and regional series. In October 2023 a closure decision was issued for violating noise regulations; legal proceedings continue.

The only FIA-graded racing circuit in Poland; in 2007 Marc Gené set the unofficial record of 1:14.700 in a Ferrari 248 F1; in 2023 the circuit faced a closure decision over noise regulations.
