Create an event

List a trackday. The basics, who it's for, safety details, pricing and your booking link, then publish it.

Listing a trackday puts it in front of Lapvio drivers and on your public page. Open Events and tap New event. The form is organised into a few tabs.

Basics

  • Name, date, and circuit (search the circuit list. Most circuits are there).
  • Format. Open pitlane, sessioned, race/test, competition, driving course, and so on.
  • Start / end time and a description (you can write it per language).

Eligibility & safety

Tell drivers whether the event is for them:

  • Eligibility. Which vehicles are allowed, any brand restriction, driver levels (beginner → race), minimum age and licence requirement.
  • Safety & logistics. Safety requirements, weather policy, documents to bring, and flags like roll cage required or slicks allowed.
Eligibility. Vehicles, levels, age and licence rules.

Pricing & booking

  • Set your base price and currency.
  • Add your booking link if drivers book and pay through your own system. Paste the URL where they sign up.
  • Optionally set a cancellation policy for this event.

Or sell tickets on Lapvio

The booking link is optional. You can also take bookings and card payments directly on Lapvio, on the free plan: create the event, then open it and switch on the Sell tickets on Lapvio card at the top. See Sell tickets on Lapvio.

Publish

A new event starts as a draft (only you see it). When it's ready, publish it. It appears on your public page and in Lapvio's trackday discovery. You can unpublish or edit any time.
