A new event starts as a draft: only you can see it. When it's ready, you publish it, and it appears on your public profile and in Lapvio's trackday discovery where drivers find it.
The public listing
The Public listing tab is what drivers actually read, separate from your internal setup:
- Title and description (you can write these per language).
- A cover image for the event card and page.
- How availability and pricing show to drivers.

Write for the driver, not the admin
Your internal event name can be shorthand; the public title and description should sell the day. Name the circuit, the format, who it's for, and what's included.
Publish, edit, unpublish
- When the listing reads well, publish.
- The event goes live on your profile and in discovery, and registration opens within your booking window.
- You can edit anything afterwards, or unpublish to pull it back to a draft.

That's a complete event: built, priced, briefed and live. From here the action moves to event day, covered in the next section.
