Pricing lives on its own tab in the event editor. Here you decide how many seats you sell, what drivers pay for them, and the window in which they can book.
Sessions: your seat pools
A session is a pool of seats drivers book into, with its own total seats. Most events have one; some split the day. Start with Quick setup:
- One group: one pool for the whole event. The simplest setup: set the total seats and you're done. For example, a full day at the Nürburgring with 40 places.
- Morning · afternoon · full day: three pools, so you can sell half-days next to a full day. For example, at the Hockenheimring: 20 morning, 20 afternoon and 30 full day.
- Custom: build your own pools, for instance a Beginner group and an Advanced group, and name and colour each one.
A session's total seats is the real limit. It's the venue capacity shared by every ticket sold into that pool, so when a session fills it shows as sold out on the booking page and drivers are offered the waitlist.
When the day is split, each session row also has an optional Weight field. It only affects the occupancy percentage on your dashboard, nothing else. Leave it blank (or give every session the same number) and the dashboard shows plain occupancy. Set different weights, for example full day 1 and half day 0.5, to make some seats count more in that one number.

Ticket types and price
A ticket type is a buyable option with its own name and price. You sell one or more tickets into a session.
- Name each ticket the way drivers expect (for example "Full day" or "Advanced group") and set its price and currency.
- Run an early-bird price between two dates so early bookers pay less; it reverts to the standard price automatically after the deadline.
- With more than one session, choose which session each ticket sells into.
For example: a 249 EUR full-day ticket selling into the 40-seat Nürburgring pool. Or two tickets into one pool, "Adult" at 249 EUR and "Junior" at 199 EUR, both drawing from the same 40 seats.
VAT payers enter net prices
If your organisation is a VAT payer, enter prices as the net amount. VAT is added on top at checkout, and every price field shows a live "incl. VAT" preview of what drivers pay. If you're not a VAT payer, the price you enter is the final price. Your VAT status is set on the Organisation page and shown above the pricing editor.

Stock: limiting one ticket (optional)
By default every ticket shares its session's seats freely, and you never need to touch Stock. Stock caps a single ticket below the pool without affecting the others.
Use it for tiered pricing. For example, a 30-seat full-day pool where the first 5 sell as early-bird at 199 EUR (Stock 5) and the rest sell at 249 EUR with no Stock. The early-bird sells out at 5; the standard ticket keeps the pool open up to 30.
- Leave Stock blank for unlimited within the pool. This is the usual case.
- A purchase counts against both the session's seats and the ticket's Stock, and the ticket sells out when either runs out.
- The field appears once the event has more than one ticket. With a single ticket the session capacity is already the limit, so we don't show a second number. If a ticket does have a Stock value, the field stays visible however many tickets are left, so no limit is ever enforced out of sight.
Watch the totals
If every ticket in a pool has a Stock and they add up to fewer than the pool's seats, the rest won't sell. For example, two tickets at Stock 5 each in a 20-seat session means only 10 sell. Leave one ticket's Stock blank to let it fill the pool, or hold seats back with Reserved in the event's Booking panel. Lapvio warns you when the numbers don't add up.
Booking window
Set when registration opens and closes. A clear window stops last-minute bookings you can't prepare for, and lets you publish the listing early to build interest before sales start. Quick presets fill common times in one tap: Now or Tomorrow 8:00 to open, Day before 18:00 or Event day 08:00 to close.
Add-ons
Beyond the ticket, you can attach add-ons drivers buy at checkout: an extra session, photography, garage hire, coaching. You build these once in your add-ons catalogue and reuse them across events. Add-ons always sell in the same currency as your tickets. If you switch the event to another currency later, add-ons still priced in the old one are flagged in the list, and you enter a fresh price the next time you edit them.

Reserved and over-capacity seats
Seats sold elsewhere or held back (Reserved), and seats released over the cap (Over capacity), are managed live in the event's Booking panel, not here. Pricing sets the structure; the Booking panel is the day-to-day lever.
With pricing set, the last pieces of a complete event are briefings and waivers.
