Lapvio plugs into a few services so emails come from you, waivers get signed, and an existing shop keeps working. These live in Settings. Mostly under Organisation setup → Integrations and Sales channels.
Email sending
Your driver emails. Confirmations, reminders, magic links. Go out under your own sender name, so they read as coming from your organisation rather than a generic address.
- Set your sender name and reply-to.
- Emails then send as
you@mail.lapvio.comwith your name on them.
No setup required to start
Email works out of the box. You don't have to connect anything. Setting your sender name just makes it feel like yours.
Waivers
If you collect signed waivers, Lapvio connects to DocuSeal. Point it at your waiver template and drivers sign it as part of registration; a signed waiver is one of the things that marks a driver "ready" for check-in.

Your existing shop (WooCommerce)
Already selling tickets through a WooCommerce shop? Connect it under Sales channels and map your shop's products to Lapvio events (and their sessions). Orders then flow in and drivers are registered automatically, and you can backfill past orders so nobody's missing.

You don't need a shop
WooCommerce is only for organisers who already sell elsewhere and want it to feed Lapvio. If you sell directly through Lapvio with Stripe, you can skip this entirely.
With email, waivers and (optionally) your shop connected, the foundations are done. Next is building your first event.
