An event is the heart of Lapvio Pro. You build it once, then registration, briefings, waivers and check-in all hang off it. Open Trackdays and tap New event, then work through the tabs.
Basics
The Basics tab is the minimum to get going:
- Name, date, and circuit (search the circuit list; Nürburgring, Hockenheimring and most others are already there).
- Start and end time, and the event format (open pitlane, sessioned, and so on).
- Type: a limited event has a fixed number of included drivers per booking plus optional extras; an unlimited event lets bookings add extra drivers freely.
- How many drivers a booking includes, and the maximum extra drivers allowed.

Eligibility
The Eligibility tab tells drivers whether the event is for them, and quietly filters out the wrong bookings:
- Driver level (beginner through race) and minimum age.
- Licence requirement (none, road, or racing).
- Vehicle rules: which vehicles are allowed, any brand restriction, tyres, roll cage, and noise limits.

Set eligibility honestly
The eligibility you set shows on the public listing and shapes who books. A clear "beginners welcome, road tyres fine" brings the right drivers and saves you refunds later.
Once the basics and eligibility are in, move on to pricing and tickets.
